B Is For Bimmer

B

MW has been a staple in motorsports for as long as I can remember. From M series models of all years to base model E36 sedans, you can find BMW’s at most of your local motorsport events. That holds true with Renee Alderman’s 2005 545i. Renee’s E60 is currently outfitted with a carbon fiber hood which gives her bimmer a pretty aggressive front end. She has plans to supercharge the 4.4L V8 with all of the necessary supporting mods to follow.

Renee’s caught the drifting bug like many of us, she also attends the local car meets in Colorado. When Renee isn’t sliding through her local drift spot you can catch her racing in 24 hours of Lemons with her boyfriend and his boosted Chevette (@hankraceworks). Renee got into cars as a child as she helped her dad work on his McCormicks Farmall tractor and he is the reason she slides her BMW 545i. Renee told us her biggest setback has been trying to catch up to others in this industry and learning as much as she can. We’re sure she will keep pushing through and grow her success.

Renee is working on a YouTube channel called Spare Parts Racing where she will be featuring builds like her bimmer and her boyfriends boosted Chevette. They have another project together which is a supercharged 96 Mustang, so be sure to check it out. Check out Renee’s page @spracingrenee and @sparepartsracing
